This sprint focused on a few key stories and tasks including:
SharePoint Connector:
- Proof of Concept – Read and Write files (.csv) from a SharePoint site. In Sprint 32 we were able to read files. In this Sprint we were able to write .csv files and created documentation on the steps to do so.
- UW & UW System SharePoint Connector configuration and ability to read and write files confirmed on both organization’s Secure Agents.
Excel Files:
- Hermes/Alma system replacement – expanded on the initial Alma connections made to read invoices waiting to be sent, write back confirmation that invoices were sent, timestamps noted in notes to output to an Excel file.
- Created documentation on IICS connectors and filetypes for reading & writing Excel files.
- Investigating plugins for conversion of Excel files.
Created documentation from the previous internal team training on working with .csv files with multiple headers – needed due to header structure in Workday EIB format.
