This sprint focused on a few key stories and tasks including:
- Retrofit Person API Bulk Solution to BP Logix Provisioning –
- Identifier data is needed to pull in the EPPN field. A solution is being developed in T2 Parking interface and will be retrofitted to this process.
- The filters have been updated to reduce the file size. The file is being validated against a current BP Logix production file.
- Refine Hermes/Alma Input Selection Criteria – created mappings to filter invoices to allow the integration to only handle ACH/Check invoices previously handled by Hermes.
- Started work on Adding Person API JOB and IDENTIFIER data to UWMIL T2 Parking Integration – Work in progress. The previous issue/blocker with the parser has been resolved. Tested with the Mock Person API and extracted the relevant details. However, last few days the bulk Person API “export” job is erroring out after running for over 60mins. Working with the API team on the root cause. The job is currently erroring out even without extracting the additional relationships data from other objects like “names”, “identifiers”, etc. However, this job was successful few weeks ago. Got an update from the EI API team that they found the issue and are working on a resolution.
- 4Ward Integration for WFAA – Mapping and Design of Full File, with example file sent to stakeholders for review, continued work on getting data elements identified via the Person API.
